I was just about to head out fishing, but then I saw the latest numbers for the Missoula real estate market and realized that things are changing very quickly. This might be one of my most important market updates of the last seven to eight years. We’re currently seeing a shift from a seller’s market to more of a normalized market, and the proof is in the latest numbers. I’ve been sensing it for a while, but now it has been confirmed.
