I started working with the Jason Baker Team in December of 2023 as the Operations Manager. My responsibilities include handling all aspects of the team's day-to-day operations, such as event coordination, agent management, and recruitment.
I am enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated to my profession. I strive to assist and support both my team and the clients who come through our office to the best of my ability. Additionally, I am actively involved in my local community, Potomac, and serve on the Potomac School PTC and on the Potomac Greenough Community Center Board of Directors.
